Companies & contacts
Reuse company and contact details across sales work.
Sign in with your own approved account. Open Companies & contacts through the sidebar or Master setup. Some actions require administrator/manager permission. Screens use anonymized test data; sample totals are not your company results.
What to do
- Expand Create company account and save the legal/account name and available details.
- Expand Add company contact; select the company and save the named contact.
- Use Link an existing lead to its company; review the linked record or import reviewed company/contact templates.
Check the result
The contact and lead are explicitly linked to the intended company.

On narrow screens, scroll to reach the remaining form fields and actions. Close help to return to your unfinished form.
Why and how this activity works
Create an account in Companies & contacts, add contact names/designations and primary contact, then explicitly link the customer lead. Existing lead company text remains until linked; it is not automatically an account. Create opportunities for the linked customer with value, stage, expected close and owner. Edits preserve the contact’s company association. Use reviewed contact updates rather than creating duplicate contacts.

पहले कंपनी खाता बनाएँ। संपर्क व्यक्ति का नाम, पद और मुख्य संपर्क जोड़ें। फिर ग्राहक की लीड को उस कंपनी से जोड़ें। लीड में सिर्फ कंपनी नाम लिखने से खाता नहीं बनता। एक ही ग्राहक के कई बिक्री मौके बना सकते हैं। संपर्क का विवरण बदलने के लिए उसका रिकॉर्ड खोलें; नया डुप्लिकेट संपर्क न बनाएँ।
If something is missing or fails
Check role access, selected record and filters. Read validation errors before retrying. For a conflicting edit, refresh and review the current record. A saved setting does not prove a provider connection is active.
